Villa Alba Farm is renowned for its hand-harvested coffee and meticulous washed processing, carried out at the Cooperativa Cafetera del Nororiente Colombiano mill. This coffee is celebrated not only for its exceptional cup profile but also for the farm's commitment to environmentally responsible and sustainable farming practices.

After harvest, the coffee cherries undergo an initial 8-hour fermentation, followed by depulping. A second 8-hour fermentation completes the processing stage. The following day, the coffee is thoroughly washed and then dried on raised beds for 2 to 3 weeks, ensuring even drying and preserving its quality.
