Alto Pirias is a mountain village in Chirinos, located at an altitude of 1,800–1,900 meters, renowned for its ideal microclimate and a new generation of coffee producers committed to sustainable farming practices.

This coffee is naturally processed (dry process), with the whole coffee cherries carefully dried for up to 30 days, allowing rich sweetness, body, and complexity to develop. The result is a fruity, full-bodied, and smooth cup with a delicate acidity—a classic expression of the region.
