Finca El Martillo is a 19.5-hectare farm located at 1,700 meters above sea level in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec region of El Salvador. Owned by the Salaverria family, who have been producing coffee for six generations, the farm combines tradition with innovation to craft exceptional specialty coffees.

This lot is processed using the Anaerobic Natural method. Fully ripe coffee cherries undergo an 80-hour anaerobic fermentation in sealed, oxygen-free tanks before being carefully dried on raised beds. The result is a coffee with remarkable complexity, exceptional clarity, and a vibrant, expressive cup profile.
